Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DeltaV Operations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving design and enhancement activities across DeltaV control systems and equipment.

  • Collaborate with system integrator engineers and developers to drive design and enhancement activities across DeltaV control systems and equipment.
  • Conduct solution assessments and performance reviews to ensure smooth operation of automated systems.
  • Partner with project teams to support the integration of new equipment or technologies into manufacturing workflows.
  • Provide training and mentorship to other engineers on site where applicable.
  • Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards including GAMP, S-88 Batch Standard, and 21 CFR Part 11.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or life sciences.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a pharmaceutical DCS environment using Emerson DeltaV.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with DeltaV control system design.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards including GAMP, S-88 Batch Standard, and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
