Construction Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Associate to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in construction law.
">About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on all stages of construction and utilities projects, including planning, procurement, and construction through to completion. They will also be involved in construction disputes as part of a mix of advisory and contentious work.
Responsibilities:
- Advising on all stages of construction and utilities projects
- Planning, procurement, and construction through to completion
- Involved in construction disputes
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in a Common Law Jurisdiction
- 2-6 years' PQE with proven experience in construction law
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills at all levels
