We are seeking a talented Pre Construction Planner to join our client's team. As a Pre Construction Planner, you will play a crucial role in the initial phases of projects, contributing to their overall success and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning.
- Develop comprehensive pre-construction plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Analyse project specifications and constraints to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Utilize industry-leading software and tools for project planning and scheduling.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project management teams and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in pre-construction planning within the M&E and main building construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
