Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Development Manager to lead our construction projects, driving high-quality outcomes and ensuring adherence to strict safety standards. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee on-site personnel, plan resources, and optimize our purchasing system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard project integrity by enforcing robust safety protocols, training employees, and monitoring compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager in supervising site teams, allocating labor and materials, and streamlining purchasing processes.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, develop a comprehensive GC/GR strategy, and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders.
  • Maintain site discipline, report incidents promptly, ensure timely equipment turnover, and keep facilities secure.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site management with a main contractor.
  • Desirable background in Data Centre or high-tech sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in verbal, written, and digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software and civil/construction details.
