Electrical and Mechanical Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their equipment and applications.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a challenging role that requires a combination of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. As an Electrical and Mechanical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a complete level of service to our clients, including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating all equipment and applications.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements. Your strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate effectively will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You will also have experience working in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their equipment and applications.
  • Commission, fault-find, service, maintain, repair, calibrate and validate all equipment and applications.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork related to client installations and work carried out.
