Aircraft Maintenance Programme Manager

As an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Management Professional, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team. This involves close collaboration with various departments within the organization, including Line/Base Maintenance, Planning, Flight Operations, and Finance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance Programmes Management: Manage the production of AMP revisions to ensure continuing airworthiness of aircraft fleets.
- Team Performance and Competence: Lead the performance and competence of the maintenance team, adhering to EASA human factors principles and ensuring adequate resource availability to meet business needs.
- Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs): Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SPIs are in place and regularly monitored, with corrective interventions made when required.
- Maintenance Inspection and Check Intervals: Optimise maintenance inspection and check intervals to improve overall efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Work in accordance with Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME), company manual procedures, and Reliability manual, maintaining knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and promoting a safety culture.
- AMP Submission: Oversee the submission of AMPs to regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with all Airworthiness Limitation Sections (ALS) requirements.
- Initiatives and Transformation: Propose, develop, and drive initiatives to contribute to the Maintenance and Engineering Transformation agenda.
- AMP Effectiveness Reviews: Lead annual AMP effectiveness reviews in compliance with organisational procedures and regulatory requirements.
We are seeking an individual with experience/qualifications in the following areas:
- EASA Part 66 Qualification: Hold a valid EASA Part 66 qualification or equivalent engineering degree.
- Aeronautical Industry Experience: Possess at least 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry in a similar role.
- AMOS Knowledge: Have working knowledge of AMOS as it relates to Maintenance Programmes.
- Aircraft Regulatory Requirements: Understand aircraft regulatory requirements, including Part M and Part CAMO.
- Airworthiness Directives: Knowledge of Airworthiness Directives and their application.
- MSG 3 Logic and Maintenance Review Board Principals: Familiarity with MSG 3 logic and Maintenance Review Board principals and techniques.
- Safety Risk Management Philosophies: Knowledge of safety risk management philosophies and human factors.
- Safety Management Systems: Understanding of Safety Management Systems and occurrence reporting.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
