The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with the Project Manager/Site Manager on all matters.

  1. Liaison Role
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

In addition, the Construction Project Coordinator will manage site staff and all contractors to ensure timely and accurate information is disseminated throughout the project lifecycle.

  1. Site Staff Management
  • Oversee site personnel to guarantee efficient workflows.

The Construction Project Coordinator will propose suitable changes to design to improve savings, ease construction programme, enhance specification, and ensure quality completion. This includes coordinating and liaising with contracts manager, Site Engineers, and services Coordinator to guarantee seamless communication among subcontractors and site personnel.

  1. Design Proposals
  • Analyze data to recommend optimal design modifications.

The Construction Project Coordinator must maintain and manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good building practice. This role requires the ability to monitor construction regarding quality of workmanship and materials.

  1. Quality Assurance
  • Closely inspect construction sites to verify adherence to standards.

This position also entails reporting to the project management team and providing weekly/monthly updates on programme and subcontractors.

  1. Progress Reporting
  • Maintain a record of project progress and communicate findings.
