Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our makeup and skincare team. As a key member of our counter management team, you will support our Business Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong artistic skills, excellent product knowledge, and a passion for building lasting emotional connections with customers. You will be responsible for conducting various services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, sharing your expertise with each customer to ensure they achieve their desired look.
  • Embody our brand's style and standards, priding yourself on knowing that your customers return to us time and again.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to continually offer best-in-class makeup advice and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, improving your product knowledge and elevating your artistry.
  • Drive sales to reach daily and monthly targets, assisting your Business Manager with planning events and completing rotas as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in retail makeup artistry, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Passionate about makeup and skincare.
  • Strong communication and mathematical skills.
  • Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work towards and exceed targets.
  • Organised, punctual, and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
  • Personable with a customer-centric mindset.
