Job Opportunity

A Senior Accountant position is available to join our European market team. This role will be responsible for financial accounting and management of one or more entities within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and FRS102.

  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial information.

  • Perform analytics to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

  • Work closely with internal teams to identify project needs arising from new accounting developments or process gaps.

  • Coordinate with other internal parties to meet various reporting deadlines.

  • Review VAT, CSO, and intrastate returns, as well as prepare corporate tax returns.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including outsourced business partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting qualification from a recognised body (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA).

  • 2-3 years' experience in a Shared Service Centre or multinational corporation environment.

  • SAP or other major ERP Systems experience is desirable.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Ability to work independently to understand and summarise financial data into high-quality summaries.
