Main Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve support tickets through Salesforce, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Maintain data accuracy by updating internal records, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams via email and MS Teams to support cross-functional workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot job posting issues, identifying and addressing problems proactively.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
- Experienced administrator with at least 2 years in an office-based support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and tech-savvy, comfortable with evolving processes and systems.
- Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage a busy workload effectively.
