We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our B2B marketing efforts at Maverick Communications International.

About The Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on high-performance marketing campaigns for our B2B clients. As a B2B Marketing Manager Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including:

  • Email marketing
  • Social media advertising
  • Content marketing
  • ABM

You will also be expected to demonstrate expertise in using marketing platforms and technologies such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and more. Additionally, you will have the ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights to continuously improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-performance marketing tactics and channels
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Analyze data and produce actionable insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to research, shape, and draft concepts and copy for marketing assets

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least four years' digital campaign experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Experience with ABM and familiarity with social advertising, PPC, and SEO
  • Strong hands-on, tactical, digital experience and a proven ability to create content that engages and persuades
  • Able and willing to share your knowledge with the team and contribute to the growth and development of the company
