The EMEA Digital Sales team is a high-performing, international, and engaging team that is known for its diverse and collaborative environment. We have a strong track record of career development, with many digital sales members progressing into various roles across Workday in recent years.
This role will be responsible for managing and growing long-standing relationships with existing enterprise customers and their executive sponsors. You will support complex sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams such as pre-sales, marketing, and value management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Selling Workday's products, systems, and/or services to customers in your assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
- Closing sales on products, systems, and/or services.
- Generating prospective customers through cold calling and qualifying and following up with sales leads.
- Conducting sales through multichannel, inbound, and/or outbound sales activities.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as Workday's competitive position, and preparing activity and forecast reports as requested.
You will also have opportunities to direct customers to websites or other company resources for information, establish and maintain relationships with channel partners, and represent Workday to the customer and the customer to Workday in all sales-oriented activities.
