Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

The company is currently seeking an experienced and efficient Administrative Support Officer to join their busy team in Tullamore. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical and management teams. Your main responsibilities will include:

* Providing an efficient audio, copy typing and word processing service to the clinical and management team as required.
* Typing letters, reports, patient referrals etc. in an accurate and quality manner.
* Maintaining the computer clinic system in an accurate and secure manner.
* Greeting patients and directing them to the correct department.
* Answering and redirecting incoming calls.
* Responding to patients' questions and scheduling appointments.

Your ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, diary management and organisational skills, dictaphone typing/typing skills and good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of medical terminology and systems, as well as the importance of GDPR and confidentiality. This is a part-time temporary role with a view to start immediately.
