We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive growth and customer satisfaction in our Water sector business in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote Sulzer's aftermarket solutions, including maintenance contracts, spare parts, upgrades, and retrofits.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver bespoke solutions for rotating equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within customer accounts and convert them into profitable projects.
  • Provide technical support and advice to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in service or aftermarket sales, preferably in the Water sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment, pumps, and motors.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, building trust and credibility with clients.
