Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist

This role involves the oversight of client engagement teams working across multiple countries on Identity and Access Management (IAM) design, remediation, and transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in IAM, preferably in a consultancy services firm. They will oversee client engagement teams and work across countries in the areas of IAM design, remediation, and transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of client engagement teams and management of projects related to IAM design, remediation, and transformation.
  • Guidance and knowledge sharing with team members and participation in supporting clients particularly in the areas of Cyber, IAM, PAM, and CIAM.
  • Experience in toolsets such as Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, and CyberArk is beneficial for this role.

The successful candidate will possess advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client service skills. Strong technical knowledge of IT/digital systems and infrastructure is also necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in IAM, preferably in a consultancy services firm.
  • Experience in enterprise IAM including Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML), recertification, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) analysis and design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Target Operating Model (TOM) design, and IAM governance.
  • Strong background in Cyber Security and excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and individual accountability among team members.
