Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Employment Support Specialist to play a vital role in empowering individuals to gain sustainable employment.

  • Managing a caseload of clients with diverse needs and goals.
  • Coordinating internal support specialists and external organizations to provide a personalized service.

Requirements:

  • A leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of three years' experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • The ability to deliver presentations in a group setting.
