Job Title:

Automation Framework Lead

  • Drive the development of automation frameworks to support a wide range of applications.
  • Design and implement domain-specific prompts and workflows tailored to business functions.
  • Train AI models with enterprise frameworks for targeted response while designing automated test cases.
  • Evaluate new technology options and predict trends to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage our Test Automation frameworks to support a variety of applications built on latest technologies along with legacy applications.
  2. Design domain-specific prompts and workflows tailored to business functions in AI tools to design functional test cases.
  3. Train AI with the enterprise frameworks for targeted response while designing automated test cases.
  4. Fine-tune or embed custom datasets to enhance AI's contextual accuracy.
  5. Structure and tag internal contents with AI for semantic search and relevance.
  6. Work with DevOps team to deploy automation tests as part of the CI/CD process.
  7. Evaluate new technology options and predicts trends and develops long-range plans designed to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
  8. Design and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach across project teams.
  9. Help us support the monitoring and governing enterprise automation framework, identify issues, and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record as Automation Test Architect designing automation frameworks with 5+ years working in an agile team in a technical leadership capacity.
  • Deep technical knowledge on Selenium WebDriver, UFT and good understanding of GUI/Database/Web Service Automation.
