Job Title

Our team seeks an experienced Quality Engineering Team Leader to oversee the Quality Engineering group.

  • Lead and supervise senior quality engineers, quality engineers, and complaint investigators.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving objectives, generating training plans, and carrying out performance appraisals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive all assigned quality engineering projects.
  • Represent the team at key review meetings.

Working closely with operations, IT, engineering, and regulatory teams is essential for success in this role.

A proactive approach to developing Cook's quality system is also crucial, ensuring that it meets the changing needs of the business.

Quality systems management includes design, process and software validation, supplier quality, CAPA, non-conformances, customer complaints, internal audit, supplier audit, and regulatory audit programmes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, executing, and analyzing quality engineering documentation, trending and analysis of key quality metrics, risk assessment throughout quality engineering key processes and systems.

Excellent leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to ensure the effective completion of activities associated with this role.

This position requires adherence to Cook's Code of Conduct in all business matters carried out on Cook's behalf.
