We are seeking an experienced Social Care Worker/Senior Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality support and care to individuals in our residential and day services.
This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, therapists, and other professionals, to deliver tailored support plans that meet the needs of each individual.
You will be responsible for engaging residents in daily activities and routines, promoting independence and community integration. This may involve developing and implementing positive behavior support programs, liaising with families and community partners, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Main Responsibilities- Implement person-centered approaches to care and support, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each resident are met.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulations and standards.
- Contribute to regular team meetings and supervisions to discuss progress and challenges.
Essential Requirements
- Qualification at Level 7 or above in a relevant area, such as Social Care, Psychology, Education, or Youth & Community Work.
- Valid manual driving license, with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
