Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clinical education to UCC medical students in CUH, primarily focusing on small group learning in clinical settings. This includes tutorial, bedside, and case-based teaching prescribed by the UCC curriculum.
Main Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule students allocated to CUH Medicine for clinical teaching and site induction at the outset of attachments.Participate in organizing and undertaking assessment and providing feedback to students from time to time.Support other team members in the delivery of the program on an agreed basis.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess MRCPI or an equivalent post-graduate professional qualification in Internal Medicine. Prior experience in organization and delivery of clinical education, as well as a qualification in health professionals education, is desirable.
