Job Title:

Strategic IT Leader


We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our organization's strategic direction in technology. This pivotal role will collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify and articulate complex challenges, translating them into actionable strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Strategy Development: Collaborate with the business to define and analyse their strategy, developing IT strategies that are aligned and support these business goals.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps that outline the transition from current to future state, promoting the EA process, outcomes, and results throughout the organization.
  • Technology Architecture Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of the current technology landscape to detect deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Collaboration with IT Leaders: Work closely with other IT leaders to ensure alignment of plans with deliverables, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared goals.
  • Project Consultation: Consult with project teams to ensure projects align with enterprise architecture, identifying when modifications to the architecture are necessary to accommodate project needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology governance.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience in banking, asset management, or investment management is highly desirable; broader consulting industry experience is also an advantage.
