Job Description:

The role of a Senior Dietitian involves providing expert dietary advice and counseling to patients and their families. This includes conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with various medical conditions, developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized nutrition care plans.

As a Senior Dietitian, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care. You will also be responsible for educating and training healthcare staff on nutritional practices and guidelines.

Maintaining up-to-date patient records and documentation is crucial in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
  • Registration with CORU as a Dietitian.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Dietitian.
  • Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
  • Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
  • All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
  • International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
