Senior Compliance Officer

The German Privacy Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in enforcing policies for clients' products by analyzing requests under European law legislations from lawyers and private individuals. This involves reviewing and processing privacy requests with utmost attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling users' privacy requests for various workflows, adhering to client guidelines
- Making informed decisions based on thorough analysis and judgment
- Operating in a fast-paced environment with complex requests
- Staying adaptable to meet changing business needs
Requirements and Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- A thirst for knowledge and impeccable judgment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions
- Good computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new tools
Education and Experience
- A or B S degree/masters or equivalent professional experience in online operations, privacy, or legal support role
Key Skills and Abilities
- Reviewing and processing incoming privacy requests through online tools
- Evaluating request validity in line with client policies
- Continually educating oneself about policy changes and protocols
- Collaborating with team members to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness
- Developing skills in data, tools, and quality assessment
