The Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Wholesale and Foodservice teams, ensuring the effective management of our people and resources. If you have a passion for HR and a drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of people strategies across various teams.
  • Work closely with managers to identify and address talent management, succession planning, and performance management needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with union representatives to ensure effective employee relations and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage conflict and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.

What You'll Need:
  • Proven track record of success in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience of managing IR environments and resolving conflicts.
  • A degree in HR or a related field and membership of the CIPD.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
