Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a small team to deliver high-quality HR administrative services.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  4. Maintain and update local and global HRIS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Generate reports, monitor absences, and perform system reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
