Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

The role involves supporting the ongoing implementation of Net Suite across multiple business units. Key responsibilities include ensuring new modules are effectively embedded, tested and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of Net Suite across multiple business units
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Ensure new modules are effectively embedded, tested and aligned with business needs
  • Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting and optimisation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Systems Analyst in ERP or large-scale system implementations is essential
  • Experience with Net Suite is desirable, although ERP experience will also be considered
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users
  • A proactive solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability is required
