Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day operational risk processes
  • Performing the DP for Operational Risk Management role
  • Reporting to Boards and regulators
  • Ownership of Risk Management Framework document
  • Monitoring and assessment of risk appetite

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in an asset management risk role or operational risk role in a regulated business
  • Track record in a risk management capacity at a senior level, with detailed knowledge of asset management businesses, especially EU/UK regulated entities
  • Suitable qualifications and experience that directly support the expectations of the PCF39B role (DP for Operational Risk Management)
  • Experience with regulatory communication and expectations, as well as knowledge of relevant CBI, ESMA and UCITS regulations
