Accounting Operations Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our funds. As an Accounting Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of fund Net Asset Values (NAVs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver accurate fund NAVs on schedule.
  • Manage expense schedules, income calculations, capital activity analysis, and fund fee computations.
  • Maintain established controls throughout the daily and NAV production cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during new fund launches.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues through query management and problem resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in fund operations, preferably with alternative funds background.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, build positive working relationships, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with financial software.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Business is desirable.
