Club Attendant and Lifeguard

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a professional to act as the first point of contact for members, handling queries in person, via phone or email.
  • The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the club during opening hours, providing an excellent experience for our members.
  • Responsibilities will include assisting the Club Manager with marketing and upselling initiatives to promote the club's services.
  • General cleaning duties will also be required.
  • The ideal candidate will administer membership enquiries and complete sales with customers in a professional manner.

About You:

  • Able to communicate fluently in English, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible working hours are essential, as this role may involve mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Possession of Pool/Lifeguard certification and First Aid training is mandatory.
  • NCEF qualification or equivalent is also required.
  • Candidates should be able to work effectively within a team environment and demonstrate a desire to progress in their career.
