Thriving in a dynamic leisure club environment requires adaptability and enthusiasm. We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Leisure Club Attendant/Lifeguard.

About the Role
  • As the first point of contact, you'll handle member queries with poise and professionalism, ensuring seamless communication via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of the club during opening hours, guaranteeing a pleasant experience for all members.
  • In collaboration with the Club Manager, you'll contribute to effective marketing strategies and up-selling initiatives to enhance the club's appeal.
  • Responsibilities will also include performing routine cleaning duties and managing membership inquiries with efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Pools lifeguard certification and First Aid training are essential, along with a valid NCEF qualification or equivalent.
  • Able to work effectively within a cohesive team, demonstrating eagerness to grow professionally and take on new challenges.
