Club Operations Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the exceptional service and premium club experience at our establishment. This role demands full commitment and drive, ensuring that every interaction with members is nothing short of five-star quality.
Key Responsibilities- Support all departments to ensure efficient running while on duty.
- Act as a guardian of our brand, upholding its integrity and exclusivity at all times.
- Foster a seamless integration between departments, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities for optimal operation and customer experience.
- Anticipate problems and take proactive measures to prevent them from occurring.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all staff meet high standards.
- Fully support and implement member retention strategies, conceiving, implementing, and delivering effective solutions.
- Manage health and safety procedures, cleanliness systems, maintenance management, gym operations, front desk systems, membership payment management, and human resource policies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in facilities management, health and fitness management, operations, gym health club leisure management, and hold relevant qualifications such as fitness certification.
The successful Duty Manager will thrive under pressure, delivering on all responsibilities while maintaining an exceptionally clean and friendly club environment. They must be able to operate independently, making decisions that uphold our values and standards.
