General Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our golf club in Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the overall direction and strategy of the club
  • Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement financial plans to ensure the club's fiscal health
  • Cultivate relationships with members and stakeholders to promote the club's reputation and growth

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
