We're looking for someone who lives and breathes golf, knows how to sell, and isn't afraid to hit the road.

At Tacit & Eagle, we're proud to be a world leader in golf course equipment and accessories; delivering top-tier products and tailored support to Greenkeepers and Course Managers across the globe. Together, we offer everything a golf course needs, from maintenance tools to branding, and flags to scorecards.

Now, we're looking for two Sales Managers to take the lead in Ireland - 1 for each company. The ideal candidate is someone who's confident, driven, and happy spending their days on the move, demoing our equipment and building relationships with Greenkeepers or Course Managers across the country.

What You'll Be Doing


• Presenting & demoing products directly to golf courses


• Managing accounts & hitting sales targets


• Building strong, lasting relationships across the Irish golf industry


• Driving brand awareness and representing us with pride


• Spending 2–3 nights away per week to cover your territory

What We're Looking For


• A passion for golf and the turf industry


• B2B sales experience (ideally in golf or sport)


• Ability to plan, prioritise & work independently


• Full driving licence (mandatory)


• Company car, pension, food allowance & more
