Club Experience Specialist

A career in our Leisure Club offers you the chance to provide exceptional service and support to members. In this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver a safe and efficient environment for all club members.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for all members, handling queries in person, over the phone or via email.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the club during opening hours, working efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Club Manager in promoting the club, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance the member experience.
- Carry out general cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and tidy environment at all times.
- Administer membership enquiries and complete sales with customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Fluent English language skills and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
- Flexibility in working hours is required, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience working in a leisure or hospitality setting is desirable.
- NCEF qualification or equivalent is essential for this role.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
