Job Title: National Club Officer
DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of our National Club programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing initiatives that promote inclusivity and accessibility across all aspects of club operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in sports. You will work closely with Provincial Unions and clubs to develop and implement best practices that ensure opportunities are accessible to people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
You will also be responsible for delivering national volunteer recognition campaigns, highlighting and promoting good practice, success stories, and role models that showcase diversity and inclusion in action within clubs. Additionally, you will provide direct support to Provincial Unions and clubs to identify funding opportunities, prepare funding applications, draw down grants, and meet monitoring and evaluation requirements.
Your expertise will also be utilized to develop and manage the Club Assessment Tool, through the Club Connects Portal incorporating ED&I measures to track progress and impact. This is a dynamic role that requires a high degree of autonomy, adaptability, and a passion for making a positive impact on communities.
