Lead Development Architect

We are seeking a visionary technology leader to spearhead the creation of a high-impact development team. This leadership role offers the chance to define technical strategy, shape architecture, and drive innovation on critical projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions using C# and .NET technologies
  • Defining and driving architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the development lifecycle
  • Collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and other architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Mentoring and coaching senior developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
  • Overseeing code quality, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines to ensure robust, secure, and maintainable applications
  • Evaluating and recommending new tools, technologies, and processes to improve team productivity and software quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional development experience with strong expertise in C# or Java
  • At least 10 years of experience in software architecture design and leadership roles
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs
  • Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance distributed systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders
  • Passion for mentoring, team building, and fostering a culture of technical excellence
