  • Provide expert guidance and inspiration to customers as they navigate our bathroom showrooms, helping them find the perfect solution to meet their individual needs.
  • Actively listen to customer requirements, using your product knowledge to deliver tailored bathroom and tile solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations that reflect customer budgets and align with company policies, ensuring seamless transactions and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Promote our full range of bathroom and tile products, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate, to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Follow up on quotations to convert leads into confirmed sales, building strong connections with customers and supporting the showroom team in achieving collective sales targets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage order timelines, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, leveraging your expertise and enthusiasm to drive business success.
  • Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation, supporting merchandising displays and adhering to all company procedures and operational guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience.
