We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a high-end retail environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading supplier of tiles and bathroom solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will have the chance to develop your selling skills and provide expert advice to customers on our range of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional advice and information.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every sale meets the highest standards.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences and recommend suitable products.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.
  • Offer alternative products and promotions to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales environment with direct customer engagement.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • A team player with a high level of organisation skills.
  • A high standard of computer skills.
