BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to perform outpatient therapy in assisted living communities for our Senior Living office in Ocean County, NJ.
This opportunity offers a chance to grow your skills with more one-on-one time with patients and a focus on quality over quantity. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patient needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's requirements
- Continually assessing and revising the PT care plan to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications include a current NJ Physical Therapist license (PT), graduation from an APTA- or AMA-accredited program, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
