We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team in Waterford.
Job Description- The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and merchandising within retail stores, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Key responsibilities include merchandising product to our visual merchandising guidelines, putting out deliveries of new stock, maintaining housekeeping standards, setting up promotional activities, and working with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
In this role, you will be based in Waterford but will be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Sales and/or retail sales experience is an asset.
- Access to a phone with the latest operating system.
