Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Director to lead and manage our mechanical engineering projects across Ireland. Our clients specialize in delivering innovative solutions in various sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, and Industrial.
About the Role:
- Oversight of project planning, design, and execution to ensure quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints are met.
- Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and designers to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements to integrate best practices and innovative technologies into projects.
- Contribution to business growth by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a design consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects in Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
- Chartered Engineer status is highly desirable.
