Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our collaborative and innovative team. As a key member of our Machine Learning group, you will be responsible for defining new AI features, researching appropriate algorithms and technologies, and rapidly getting prototypes in production.

Our team works closely with Product and Design functions to develop innovative solutions that drive business impact. We have productized a range of models, from classic supervised models to cutting-edge unsupervised clustering algorithms and novel applications of transformer neural networks.

Responsibilities
  • Identify areas where AI can create value for our customers.
  • Work with teammates and stakeholders to identify the right AI framing of product problems.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and research to deeply understand problem areas.
  • Research and identify the right algorithms and tools to solve complex problems.
  • Collaborate with engineers to bring prototypes to production and plan, measure, and socialize learnings to inform iteration.
Qualifications
  • Broad applied AI knowledge and experience with 3-5 years of applied ML experience.
  • Practical stats knowledge, including experiment design and dealing with confounding variables.
  • Intermediate programming skills and strong communication skills within engineering teams and across disciplines.
  • Scientific thinking skills and a comfort with ambiguity.
