CPL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Operations Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and previous experience in a transport office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign drivers to vehicles and ensure accurate paperwork is completed.
  • Verify driver tachographs and working hours to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Check return documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up on delivery issues to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Manage vehicle keys and assign loading/unloading locations as needed.

The successful candidate will be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. A high level of attention to detail and strong time management skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a transport office environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
