We are seeking a highly skilled Database Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing databases that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement databases that meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain database schemas and data models
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize database projects
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of database systems
- Bug fixing, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution of issues on relational databases
Requirements:
- 4-6 years experience working as an Oracle DBA, preferably with development experience
- Experience developing, modifying, and optimizing PL/SQL statement types
- Expertise in data modeling, designing, and building database schemas according to agreed standards
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment, assisting in DevOps, continuous integration/development, and acceptance testing
