As part of the Application Service Delivery team, you will oversee the production environment and gain valuable experience in managing complex investment management platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production systems used by various teams.
  • Oversee the PGIM Fixed Income technology batch environment.
  • Own the operation, monitoring, and integrity of the technology platform, including complex nightly data import processes from multiple external vendors.
  • Be available on-call for failure escalations, including evenings and weekends on a rotation basis.
  • Participate in incident and problem management processes, ensuring resolution, root cause analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in a technology role, preferably in software development and/or application support.
  • A hunger for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Research, analytical, investigation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • A tenacious sense of ownership and a desire to resolve incidents quickly.
