We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Group Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that grow our corporate, MICE, and group business.

This role will be pivotal in building long-term partnerships and increasing direct bookings while reducing reliance on third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new corporate accounts and business partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with event planners, travel agencies, and key decision-makers.
  • Drive MICE sales by securing large-scale conferences, weddings, and business events.
Revenue & Performance Targets:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for accommodation, meeting spaces, and events.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue & Marketing teams to optimize pricing and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing corporate accounts, ensuring repeat business and contract renewals.
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and property site tours to showcase our offerings.
  • Represent the team at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Digital team to drive direct sales campaigns.
  • Align with the Operations & Events teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, hospitality sales, or MICE sales (3+ years preferred).
  • A strong network in the hospitality, corporate, and events sectors.
  • Target-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Exceptional negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, data-driven sales reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales accounts & projects.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
