Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced professional to drive the development of UX research programs, empowering a team of over 6,000 UXers across multiple product teams.

The Research Operations team focuses on streamlining user insight gathering and enhancing participant experiences for millions of users.

This role involves building robust participant pipelines, managing prioritized acquisition strategies, navigating tool transitions, and optimizing workflows.

  • Develop and maintain effective participant pipelines for UX research, promoting recruitment efficiency.
  • Manage participant acquisition pipelines, addressing key user needs and preferences.
  • Ensure seamless tooling transitions, guaranteeing accurate sourcing and engagement of participants.
  • Streamline and optimize current workflows for collecting profile data and triaging sourcing requests from stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  1. UX Research Program Development: Create and maintain participant pipelines, driving recruitment velocity and improving participant experiences.
  2. Participant Acquisition Management: Develop and manage prioritized participant acquisition pipelines, catering to key user needs and preferences.
  3. Tooling Transition Navigation: Ensure smooth transitions between tools, guaranteeing accurate sourcing and engagement of participants.
