As a UX Program Manager, you will drive progress and solve problems while mentoring junior team members. This role requires deeper expertise in relevant areas such as user research, participant sourcing, and marketing campaigns.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust participant pipeline for UX research and driving recruitment velocity.
  • This involves managing a prioritized participant acquisition pipeline that addresses key user needs and delivers effective sourcing solutions.
  • Additionally, you will navigate tooling transitions, streamline workflows, and establish campaign reports to provide visibility on performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with program management, user research, participant sourcing, and marketing campaigns. They should also have knowledge of UX methodologies and processes.
