Our client is seeking a highly skilled Process Development Scientist to join their pharmaceutical facility in Ireland.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your expertise in antibody drug conjugate (ADC) science to develop and transfer process control strategies for new product introductions.
  • Collaborate with Research & Development and Drug Product Development functions to design, onboard, and test single-use assemblies for sterile manufacturing of ADC.
  • Provide technical expertise on equipment selection and commissioning activities for new equipment.
  • Author scientific reports, technical documentation, and presentations to communicate project status to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Science, or related discipline with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with large molecule and protein conjugation, including at-scale ADC manufacturing, conjugation, and fill-finish operations.
  • Detailed understanding of chemistry and successful project execution in a biopharmaceutical environment.
  • Desirable: Experience with technology transfers and new product introductions in fill-finish manufacturing facilities.
