This is a full-time APP position in a primary health care setting.
About the Role- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care and services.
- Conduct thorough patient examinations, gather relevant information, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Review patient reports, make informed recommendations, and manage treatment plans effectively.
- Diagnose and treat patients with various medical conditions, including minor trauma, acute illnesses, and stable chronic diseases.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care and support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and nurse practitioner or physician assistant program required.
- One to three years of experience preferred, but additional experience may be necessary for certain specialties.
- Current state licensure as a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA), DEA license, and registered nurse (RN) licensure are mandatory.
